I started 2 weeks after surgery and for a middle aged man the effort and workout I was given by Dr. Joudeh was excellent. In the past I made it to PT after surgery for one or two visits and questioned the value. With Dr. Joudeh you realize you get what you put into it and if you follow his instructions you get better much quicker. I am six weeks post op and cant believe how good I feel. I am using elipticals, rowing machines and stair master on a daily basis. Did not plan on these results at this pace.
