Dr. Joudeh is the head Therapist at our Evergreen Park physical therapy clinic. Dr. Joudeh graduated from UIC with a BA in Biology and National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic. He’s been actively treating patients in the Chicagoland area since 2012 and joined the Premier team in March of 2017. Dr. Joudeh has certifications in Acupuncture, KT Tape, McKenzie and A.R.T. He is most passionate about treating spine and knee related injuries while showing patients where there is a will there is a way! Tanya, Dr. Rochelle and Dr. Chris are extremely King and knowledgeable. They all make you feel comfortable, personalizing all the necessary exercises and stretches you need. I would definitely recommend the Evergreen location if you are looking for a clean facility and a great staff for your PT journey.
Premier Physical Therapy in Evergreen Park. I have been going to this office for Therapy for 2 month. Tanya and Chris is the best without their help I would not be feeling better. My experience with them is Excellent very nice and kind. I recommended this place to be the best for anyone with pain. After you finished hear you will be pain free. Thans for all your help.

I will never attempt to patronize Premier Physical Therapy, Evergreen Park, Illinois 3900 w 95th St. They disrespect possible patients by not honoring other people's time! Two Friday's in a row, I had a new patient appointment. Friday #1 someone, from the office, called me 1 hour before my appointment time to say the Dr had an emergency and I had to reschedule. Friday #2, I arrived at the physical therapy office only to find out that the doctor left the Evergreen Park office, that day, to work at the Orland Park, Illinois Premier Therapy office. I guess I didn't even deserve a call be I left home! This is my busy time of year, at work, and I don't appreciate wasting my time! I may not have alphabet soup behind my name, but my time is just as important as the Dr and his staff at that office! They are very inconsiderate and unprofessional! I will either try another Premier location or take my money to another Physical Therapy company.

I had a really great experience at Premier Physical Therapy. I ended up choosing Premier for my physical therapy needs, as the reviews were amazing. Upon going there for my therapy, I also would say my experience was superb. The staff and Rochelle, the therapist, were just phenomenal. The pain in my back still hasn’t gone away fully, but this has nothing to do with Premier. I think the issue I have is more severe then what therapy can provide, at this time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIER FOR ALL YOUR THERAPY NEEDS. The staff is 5 stars along with the establishment. If I ever need to choose a therapy, I will definitely return to Premier.
There was a lot of promise when I first started, and I feel that, physically, I benefited the most in the first 2-3 appointments that I had. I had a lot of success with Dr. Joudeh, but there was another therapist there who did not want to do much with me at all. When I came in she said, "Oh, well you'll just do gym work, right?" And I explained that with Dr. Joudeh, I also get "excessive stretching". But she just kept asking, "Okay, well, what else do you want to do?" I felt very uncomfortable having to explain what kind of treatment I thought I needed. When I asked if it was written in my chart what should be done, she said, "No, nothing specific. Just tell me what you want to do."On Dr. Joudeh's last day, I was introduced to a new male therapist who made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though I was only in the office for 30 minutes, he let me know that he was very Christian and very pro-Trump. I don't think expressing religious or political views is appropriate in doctor-patient relationship regardless of what my views might be.
Will only give it a 3 star because the last week had a bad experience they are under staff the girl that they have there is doing the jobs of 3 people the doctor that was there before was great, the new one was kind of creepy and only said hi did not ask about my pain and did not took care of me I had to wait for the girl to finish with other patients and take care of me while the doctor was in his office with headphones and on the phone , they need to get more help , the experience I had before was great not so much at the end. I wish I remembered the girl's name but please get help for her she can't do everything her self .
Guess what!, I rather skip coffee, and come to Physical Therapy.

It was a good experience. Am I cured totally no...did I go from bent over to standing yes!The therapists were knowledgeable about their craft and Rochelle (along with other staff) did not mind answering the barrage of questions I had. They were polite and made me feel comfortable. Let's hope I dont require further/future therapy, but jic....I'm electing this office as my provider.
